Zhiyee Technology Officially Established: Building the First End-to-End Intelligent Platform for the Hospitality Industry

On July 25, 2025, Tongyi Technology and Lvzhi Technology announced a strategic merger and officially launched Zhiyee Technology.

As a core technology company under the eLong Hotel Technology Platform, Zhiyee Technology is positioned as the first fully integrated digital platform covering the entire lifecycle of hotel operations. By combining intelligent PMS management systems, centralised supply chain procurement, room exchange services, big data infrastructure, and integrated marketing capabilities, Zhiyee aims to deeply fuse technology and supply chain strengths. This creates a comprehensive matrix of products and services—from pre-opening to daily operations to revenue growth—systematically enhancing efficiency and helping hotels reduce costs, increase productivity, and boost income.

Tongyi Technology has built a cross-border digital supply chain ecosystem for the hospitality industry. Leveraging OTA integration, it offers partners procurement, room exchange, project contracting, and phased payment solutions.
By the end of 2024, Tongyi Technology had served over 100,000 hotel clients, partnered with more than 1,000 quality suppliers, expanded into over 10 countries, and achieved over RMB 1 billion in annual procurement volume.

Lvzhi Technology is a one-stop digital solution provider for the hospitality sector. It operates four key service brands: Lvzhi Cloud, Zhuzhe, Golden Swan, and YZBoss, jointly serving over 80,000 hospitality clients, including more than 5,000 mid-to-high-end chain hotels. Industry data underscores the urgency of this transformation.
According to the China Hospitality Association, by 2024 there were 348,700 hotels nationwide with 17.64 million guest rooms, reflecting a net increase of nearly 100,000 hotels over three years. However, RevPAR dropped to RMB 118, down 9.7% year-on-year; ADR fell to RMB 199.92, a 5.8% decrease; and the occupancy rate declined to 58.8%, down 2.5% year-on-year.
